Project Manager, English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects while creating project roadmaps, release schedules, and timelines

• Monitor and manage program schedules, technical challenges, dependencies, and obstacles

• Relay project updates to clients and internal teams effectively

• Generate project status reports tailored for diverse audiences

• Coordinate project tasks, including scheduling and facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development

• Experience in the Banking, Finance, or Fintech sectors

• Strong proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack)

• Proficient in using Google Suite applications

• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and design and development principles

• Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred; alternatively, a willingness to pursue Scrum Master certification immediately upon hiring will be considered
