Project Manager – Education Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage 2-4 projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.

• Strategically plan, organize, and prioritize work activities to adhere to schedules and deadlines.

• Conduct research, analyze, and interpret data to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Draft, revise, and contribute to proposals, reports, presentations, and project updates.

• Establish relationships with community organizations and represent the organization at meetings (requires travel 1-2 times per month).

• Perform community research and pinpoint potential key stakeholders and educational partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience in education, project management, research, data analysis, or a related field.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to enhance research and analysis.

• Familiarity with charter schools, public education, or independent study models is a plus.
