This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Validate the project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects; follow metrics for project success and begin to propose relevant metrics.
• Oversee the daily implementation of eCOA projects.
• Manage internal personnel to assist customer projects and oversee internal service projects.
• Define and track project scope, budget, timelines, resources, quality, and deliverables throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Ensure the project team maintains high-quality service and complies with all relevant corporate and client policies and standards.
• Routinely review project contract terms, conditions, and project plans to ensure all assumptions remain valid.
• Collaborate closely with internal or external project stakeholders to meet study objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships and seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen connections.
• Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Keep customers well-informed about the status of internal service initiatives and act as a liaison between internal staff and customers.
• Provide technical guidance for the development, design, and systems integration in customer engagements.
• Responsible for managing the creation, review, and approval of project-related study documentation throughout the full project implementation life cycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sponsor and IQVIA upper management.
• Conduct regular status meetings to review project schedules, risks, issues, and outstanding action items.
• Implement and monitor a risk management plan at the project level, escalating to the program level as necessary.
• Undertake corrective actions as needed to ensure project performance.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing and streamlining projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and tasks.
• Oversee the Lessons Learned process throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate customer requirements to the product management teams, advocate for the customers, and update them on the status of enhancement requests.
• Manage project team members across various locations and time zones.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management principles; PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably within clinical research.
• Familiarity with the clinical research environment and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational abilities.
• Open, transparent, and exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven capability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving context.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
• Self-motivated and decisive, able to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Able to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Confident and comfortable with public speaking to a large and diverse audience.
• Ability to tailor presentation materials for different audiences.
• Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and clinical technologies (EDC, eCOA, IWRS, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
