Project Manager – Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform initiatives.

• Administer project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and interdependencies.

• Conduct project kickoffs, planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, status updates, and steering committee meetings.

• Create and present weekly and monthly project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Handle project escalations and drive solutions for delivery challenges.

• Ensure adherence to defined governance, quality, and delivery standards throughout projects.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and overall financial performance.

• Monitor project profitability and identify risks that could affect margins.

• Coordinate resource planning and scheduling across various projects.

• Support change request processes and manage scope activities effectively.

• Lead Agile project execution utilizing Scrum and iterative delivery practices.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Development teams to eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Advocate for continuous improvement and best practices in delivery.

• Coordinate activities among cross-functional project teams.

• Provide clear guidance, priorities, and expectations to project resources.

• Cultivate a positive and collaborative project environment.

• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior project team members when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in delivering enterprise software implementation projects.

• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, or similar Microsoft business application projects.

• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in utilizing Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and project tracking.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

• Strong financial management abilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and project tracking.

• Excellent skills in written, verbal, and presentation communication.

• Solid stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

• Capability to identify risks early and proactively devise mitigation strategies.
