Project Manager, Delivery – Ivalua Experience Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple client projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and adherence to budget constraints.

• Ensure clear communication with internal teams and clients, keeping all parties updated on project developments and proactively addressing any issues.

• Implement and enhance project workflows to guarantee efficiency in tracking, documentation, and resource management.

• Assist senior team members by managing routine client communications, organizing meetings, and preparing project briefs.

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to fully understand client requirements, translating them into precise technical and functional specifications.

• Work together with technical teams to create solutions that meet client needs and comply with Modali’s standards.

• Analyze project data to provide insights aimed at optimizing performance, identifying risks, and proposing process enhancements.

• Create documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and reports, to ensure project clarity and client comprehension.

• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes by developing and implementing standard operating procedures.

• Aid in the onboarding of new projects through resource allocation management, scheduling, and initial project planning.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing project status, financials, and deliverables for client review and internal assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in configuring low-code platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and multiple projects concurrently.

• Capacity to learn and adapt to complex environments while delivering immediate value.

• Ivalua L3 Certification is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of configuration experience in e-procurement, system implementation, and consulting.
