This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Plan, execute, oversee, and finalize projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Create and manage project documentation including charters, plans, backlogs, and status reports.
• Oversee requirements, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality management.
• Lead team management activities such as resource planning, allocation, performance tracking, conflict resolution, and motivation.
• Ensure quality through demonstrations, reviews, engineering practices, and continuous improvements.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and assist with sales efforts.
• Mentor team members and engage in recruitment activities.
• Promote AI adoption across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and serve as the AI Champion.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services.
• Demonstrated success in managing fixed-price projects.
• Experience in pre-sales activities.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams in remote or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Trello.
• Experience with budget tracking for fixed-price contracts.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Background in driving AI adoption throughout the SDLC by incorporating AI tools and practices to improve planning, requirements, coding, testing, quality assurance, and delivery efficiency.
• Upper-intermediate level of English would be advantageous.
• Experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
• Experience managing software teams with more than 8 full-time employees.
• Strong mentoring and people management skills.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives with emerging AI tools and technologies to evaluate their suitability, demonstrate value, mitigate risks, and accelerate innovation in client projects.
• Serve as an AI Champion (ideally): advocate for the responsible and effective use of AI within project teams and the wider organization, educate stakeholders, promote best practices, address concerns, and nurture a culture of AI-driven transformation.
