This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in project execution by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and team activities under the guidance of senior project leaders.
• Oversee activities across Configuration, Data, QA, Product, and Development teams.
• Keep project plans, action logs, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and status documents updated.
• Facilitate working sessions and project team meetings; document decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; aid in mitigation planning and escalate matters that need senior management attention.
• Prepare and assist with client-facing status updates, tracking deliverables, meeting materials, and follow-up communications.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement through lessons learned and project feedback.
• Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts to enhance planning and execution.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance project coordination, including meeting notes, action summaries, status inputs, and follow-up communications.
• Support AI-assisted delivery by managing project data, dependency inputs, RAID updates, and release readiness information.
• Provide suggestions to enhance delivery processes and team productivity.
• Proven capability to lead comprehensive software implementation projects, data migrations, system conversions, formula development, and form customization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification supported by tangible project achievements, strong references, and a track record of managing complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, create project documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in English.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Practical experience utilizing generative AI, copilots, or automation tools for productivity, documentation, project tracking, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client demonstrations, project launches, and escalation management across the United States and Canada.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Previous experience with pension administration, benefits platforms, or HR technology solutions is advantageous.
