Project Manager – Data Center Program Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of designated projects and workstreams from initiation to closeout.

• Create and uphold project execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.

• Propel project advancement and accountability among internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.

• Organize project activities to ensure they align with program goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Lead project meetings, monitor action items, and ensure follow-through to completion.

• Develop and sustain project-level schedules that are consistent with the overall program master schedule.

• Track project dependencies and identify potential impacts on related workstreams.

• Assist in the integration of project schedules into the comprehensive program plan.

• Proactively highlight schedule risks and conflicts while suggesting mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate efforts across engineering, design, construction, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders.

• Manage communication among project teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership.

• Ensure all parties are aware of scope, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration within the QC Ecosystem and with external delivery partners.

• Monitor project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and overall progress.

• Keep precise project documentation, including meeting notes, decision logs, change requests, and status reports.

• Deliver regular project updates and executive-ready reports to Program Leadership.

• Participate in phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments.

• Identify project-level risks, constraints, and issues at an early stage.

• Drive solutions through collaboration and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred; PMP or a similar credential is a plus.

• 3–6+ years of Project Management experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, data centers, or EPC environments.

• Proven ability to independently manage a defined scope of work from start to finish.

• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, risk management, and execution.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in maintaining project documentation and status reporting.

• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
