This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
β’ Take ownership of designated projects and workstreams from initiation to closeout.
β’ Create and uphold project execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
β’ Propel project advancement and accountability among internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
β’ Organize project activities to ensure they align with program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
β’ Lead project meetings, monitor action items, and ensure follow-through to completion.
β’ Develop and sustain project-level schedules that are consistent with the overall program master schedule.
β’ Track project dependencies and identify potential impacts on related workstreams.
β’ Assist in the integration of project schedules into the comprehensive program plan.
β’ Proactively highlight schedule risks and conflicts while suggesting mitigation strategies.
β’ Coordinate efforts across engineering, design, construction, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders.
β’ Manage communication among project teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership.
β’ Ensure all parties are aware of scope, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations.
β’ Foster cross-functional collaboration within the QC Ecosystem and with external delivery partners.
β’ Monitor project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and overall progress.
β’ Keep precise project documentation, including meeting notes, decision logs, change requests, and status reports.
β’ Deliver regular project updates and executive-ready reports to Program Leadership.
β’ Participate in phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments.
β’ Identify project-level risks, constraints, and issues at an early stage.
β’ Drive solutions through collaboration and accountability.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred; PMP or a similar credential is a plus.
β’ 3β6+ years of Project Management experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, data centers, or EPC environments.
β’ Proven ability to independently manage a defined scope of work from start to finish.
β’ Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams.
β’ Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, risk management, and execution.
β’ Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience in maintaining project documentation and status reporting.
β’ Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
