Project Manager, CXAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for digital transformation projects.

• Oversee the full implementation process of technology solutions and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful and efficient project execution.

• Monitor and manage project budgets within the defined limits.

• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to evolving scenarios and environments by applying suitable project management frameworks tailored to the customer and product.

• Spearhead the rollout of digital solutions across designated accounts and coordinate technical integrations with IT teams and vendors (such as Fuel iX and Voice AI tools including Sanas).

• Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of implementations.

• Track and report on implementation progress and relevant metrics.

• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders across various regions, including Guatemala, the US, Canada, Brazil, Europe, South Africa, and Morocco.

• Liaise with client teams to address customization needs and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams.

• Assist in preparing status updates for Regional Vice Presidents and leadership.

• Provide timely, customized communication for diverse audiences: engineering teams, product managers, and C-level executives.

• Identify and monitor project risks and issues.

• Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

• Manage project health metrics and status reporting.

• Facilitate the resolution of technical and operational challenges.

• Track and report on project KPIs and success metrics.

• Monitor user adoption rates and assess implementation effectiveness.

• Document project progress, challenges, and achievements.

• Prepare regular status reports and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the software development industry as a project or program leader.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective collaboration with our global teams and stakeholders.

• Consistently ranked in the top performance tier for annual delivery, stakeholder management, and budget execution.

• Proven empathy, experience, and confidence in managing digital transformation or technology implementation projects with complex scopes and multiple executive stakeholders.

• Experience in managing projects, providing feedback, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise project management and AI tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Anthropic/Claude, Gemini Enterprise, etc.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Demonstrated history of successful project delivery and experience with Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
