This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage projects from start to finish for CS Operations initiatives.
• Convert executive leadership priorities into implementable project scopes, allocate resources, and develop execution roadmaps to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success and essential ecosystem partners (Product, Sales, and Accounting) to guarantee smooth project delivery.
• Organize regular meetings and keep open lines of communication to ensure all functional leaders stay aligned on deliverables.
• Recognize and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Timely escalate obstacles to the CS leadership and manage the risk lifecycle, creating and implementing mitigation strategies for complex operational challenges independently.
• Oversee tactical workstreams to assist in new product launches and updates to processes.
• Ensure training materials, documentation, and internal communications are current and prepared for team implementation.
• Maintain project dashboards and provide frequent status updates.
• Clearly and concisely communicate project progress, significant milestones, and health metrics to internal management teams.
• Enhance, scale, and govern the CS Operations project management framework, consistently identifying workflow inefficiencies to boost delivery speed.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or project management.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end project execution.
• Experience in SaaS Customer Success / Operations.
• Proficient in stakeholder coordination and alignment.
• Ability to track tactical roadmaps and schedules.
• Skilled in operational reporting.
• Capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Experience with implementation process refinement and documentation.
• Strong understanding of operational strategy, process improvement, workflow optimization, cross-functional leadership, continuous improvement, operational scaling, proactive risk mitigation, and executive presence.
• PMP or PMI certification is preferred.
