This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, including financial reporting, budget oversight, operational optimization, issue resolution, and deadline management.
• Create proposals and manage resources, project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project completion.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive traditional project schedules and work plans.
• Estimate proposal budgets based on the defined scope of work and necessary resources.
• Present project strategies, adjustments, and completion estimates to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with federal customers.
• Observe and evaluate construction activities for compliance with project specifications and quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, installations, start-up activities, client meetings, and project progress/compliance assessments.
• Deliver high-value technical critical infrastructure projects for U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Defense and USACE.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience overseeing the full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year EPC projects in commercial/industrial construction, preferably with USACE.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical contracting.
• Understanding of electrical distribution and mechanical cooling systems.
• Experience in evaluating process piping and refrigeration diagrams.
• Knowledge of Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Familiarity with communication network diagrams.
• Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) certification.
• Eligibility to access federal worksites and successful completion of related background checks.
• Convenient access to a major airport for travel purposes.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous.
• OSHA or QC certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SBA and the 8(a) program is highly desirable.
• Experience with RMS, ProjNet, EM385, and similar Corps-specific systems and documents is preferred.
• Experience in critical infrastructure and data center infrastructure is highly sought after.
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools, such as Excel, NavisWorks, Bluebeam, P6, and Microsoft Project, is recommended.
• Experience in international locations is a plus.
