This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of creative asset requests across various teams, including Marketing, Community, and Art.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations for both in-game and external creative content.
• Facilitate reviews, approvals, and feedback loops between stakeholders and creative leads.
• Serve as the connection between creative, production, marketing, publishing, and external partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure that creative output aligns with the overall studio objectives and project roadmaps.
• Guarantee the timely delivery of assets to support game updates, social campaigns, community events, and product launches.
• Assist in producing the annual Sky Creator Award Show in collaboration with the community and creative team.
• Develop and enhance creative processes, pipelines, and tools to foster a flexible and iterative creative environment.
• Help maintain documentation, brief templates, style guides, and asset management systems.
• Drive improvements in creative workflows by eliminating obstacles and increasing visibility for all stakeholders.
• Monitor resourcing needs and assist in balancing workload among internal creatives and external collaborators, such as freelancers, vendors, and agencies.
• Coordinate the onboarding of external creative partners as necessary.
• Safeguard the creative team's bandwidth by streamlining communications and minimizing unnecessary disruptions.
• Be ready to assist with creative assets as needed.
• 4–6+ years of experience in creative operations, project/production management, or related roles, preferably in games, animation, interactive media, or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across disciplines such as concept art, design, narrative, and marketing.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Airtable, Trello) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient at multitasking across projects with varying timelines.
• Empathetic communicator capable of supporting and advocating for creative teams while managing expectations throughout the studio.
