This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee incoming creative requests from clients, including video, photography, social media, and campaigns.
• Convert initial concepts into well-defined, structured briefs.
• Delegate and manage tasks among editors, designers, and collaborators.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress across various assignments.
• Maintain organized systems using Notion, Trello, Google Drive, and similar tools.
• Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for all projects.
• Provide updates, collect feedback, and ensure clear and efficient communication.
• Transform vague or incomplete requests into actionable directives.
• Make sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
• Prepare clear, actionable handoffs to editors and creative team members.
• Ensure that all deliverables are consistent with brand voice and tone, platform requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and the creative direction provided.
• Conduct light quality control before delivery, maintaining strong awareness but not performing deep editing.
• Occasionally produce final assets quickly when necessary, such as images, short-form videos, and concept visuals.
• Utilize tools like Higgsfield, Kive, Runway, and ChatGPT.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, deliverables, timelines, and both internal and client meetings.
• Assist in prioritizing projects and managing changing timelines.
• Support light production planning as required.
• Help organize shot lists, deliverables, and creative assets.
• Facilitate projects involving direct photography or video capture.
• Ensure assets are properly organized and handed off for post-production.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to impose structure in fast-paced creative environments.
• Solid understanding of creative workflows relating to video, content, or marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work autonomously and anticipate project needs.
• Keen eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Skill in identifying what aligns with brand identity versus what does not.
• Comfortable making swift creative decisions when necessary.
• Ability to maintain and match the visual identity of multiple brands.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Notion/Trello/Asana, and Slack/Email.
• Familiarity with video and content workflows.
• Experience with AI creative tools is highly desirable.
• Background in content creation, editing, or production is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating freelancers or creative teams is advantageous.
• Basic skills in editing or design tools (Premiere, CapCut, etc.) are a bonus.
• Experience working with brand guidelines or marketing teams is preferred.
• Starting with 20 hours per week.
• Compensation begins at $6 USD per hour.
