This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee 4-6 simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment among various stakeholders and contractors regarding timelines and deliverables.
• Take charge of project calendars and timelines utilizing Google Sheets and Google Calendar, meticulously tracking intricate integrated campaigns featuring multiple elements (video, social media, digital, radio, activations, influencer collaborations, etc.).
• Facilitate coordination among internal teams, leadership, and external contractors to guarantee clear understanding of deadlines, dependencies, and project phases.
• Grasp project phases from the initial client briefing through strategy formulation, creative development, internal reviews, and production stages.
• Collaborate with leadership to set achievable deadlines that reflect the creative process and internal workflows.
• Maintain well-organized project tracking systems, ensuring all deliverables and communications are readily accessible.
• Organize and streamline schedules, which includes coordinating meetings, effectively managing time, and ensuring that the calendar aligns with commitments across various contracts.
• Possess familiarity with various tools and platforms, such as Slack, Google Docs, and AI applications like ChatGPT, to boost productivity and simplify processes.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing circumstances, manage unforeseen challenges, and devise solutions to logistical issues, especially in a busy family setting.
• Capable of developing high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a creative agency or a dynamic creative environment.
• Familiarity with the entire lifecycle of creative campaigns (strategy → creative development → production).
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and contractors concurrently.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a scrappy startup environment while upholding high standards.
• Experience in an LA/New York-style agency or a similarly fast-paced creative setting.
• Comfort with straightforward project management tools (Google Sheets, Calendar) rather than complex platforms.
• Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns with various deliverable streams.
• Experience in managing relationships with producers and contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Notion, and comparable tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
