Project Manager, CPQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and support e-commerce initiatives utilizing Agile/Waterfall methodologies tailored to align with the best practices designed to fulfill our clients' requirements.

• Assist in establishing project scope and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with an offshore development team, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and other necessary project activities.

• Act as a primary contact for client stakeholders and internal team members.

• Oversee the tools and documentation essential for Zaelab's implementation projects.

• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to report on project performance.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and team members.

• Work together with the Project Management team to enhance solutions and processes continuously.

• Endeavor to comprehend the technology systems and e-commerce sector that Zaelab supports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce or technology projects.

• Proficiency with any of the following: ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

• Previous experience in a Consulting/Professional Services organization is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or multinational teams.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum practices.

• Technical proficiency in software development and web technologies.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.

• Experience with JIRA or other project management software is preferred.

• Robust organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• A keen interest in the technology sector, with a commitment to remaining informed about new technologies and best practices.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic team environment.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
