Project Manager – Corporate Training Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor content creators in the production of corporate training videos.

• Strategize and execute the content roadmap, timelines, and project delivery.

• Assess scripts, storyboards, visual assets, animations, and completed videos to guarantee content accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement.

• Ensure timely completion of training video projects while upholding high standards of production and learning quality.

• Foster ongoing improvements and best practices to enhance team productivity and the effectiveness of video learning materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate learning, instructional design, eLearning, or training content development.

• Over 2 years of experience leading content teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong skills in content review, editing, and instructional design.

• Capability to convert concepts into engaging visual and animation ideas.

• Results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred experience in corporate training, L&D, instructional design, or learning consulting.

• Preferred experience with multimedia learning content.
