Project Manager, Coordinator – Short-Term Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing strategies across various regions.

• Serve as the primary communication link between teams located in Germany and Brazil.

• Ensure that priorities, timelines, and deliverables are aligned among teams.

• Organize and lead regular synchronization meetings and provide updates.

• Monitor campaign progress and proactively address any risks or obstacles.

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar capacity for at least 2-3 years.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in working with distributed or international teams.

• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

• Proficient in English and Portuguese; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
