Project Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.

• Deliver specified assets to clients punctually and in alignment with project goals.

• Direct feedback, identify required assets, and provide updates on deliverables to teams and tracking systems.

• Monitor the project status, completed tasks, pending deliverables, timelines, and outstanding issues.

• Conduct daily project oversight, resource management, inventory allocation/tracking, and workflow supervision across various projects.

• Facilitate the routing of completed assets, client feedback, and revisions among client-facing calendars, internal teams, and project management tools.

• Ensure that feedback requests, revisions, completion dates, and final project deadlines are adhered to.

• Develop and sustain creative workflow processes within a fast-paced agency setting.

• Construct and enforce internal project timelines within the project management system.

• Collaborate with account management to synchronize client-facing and internal timelines.

• Assign tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, experience, and available bandwidth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management.

• Background in managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or engaging in planning-related tasks, ideally within the social media sector.

• Capability to work independently, under pressure, and manage extremely tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with project management software, particularly ClickUp.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

• Strong grasp of social content production workflows.

• Knowledge of relevant social media platforms and their specifications.

• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent time and resource management skills.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Ability to keep the team on track with deadlines.
