Project Manager – Content Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Maintain a centralized, personnel-neutral repository for all state partner interactions, MOUs, and project statuses.

• Guarantee no loss of context during transitions between FTC and Consultants.

• Act as the main recipient for Jira tickets assigned in the US.

• Triage and direct tickets to the relevant Math, Science, and Localization leads, ensuring deadlines are fulfilled without overburdening functional managers.

• Oversee the "Last Mile" of content publishing, including video descriptions, SEO optimization, thumbnails, and timestamps.

• Guide interns in executing these tasks, ensuring quality control while keeping the English and Science teams focused on content creation.

• Function as the impartial coordinator for projects that involve multiple teams (e.g., English Math vs. English Science).

• Enforce timelines and manage follow-ups when functional authority is divided.

• Ensure all content complies with platform hygiene standards specific to Khan Academy during the forthcoming scale-up of over 1,300 videos.
