This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor throughout the entire account lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation.
• Organize, lead, and manage activities across several simultaneous client projects.
• Deliver implementation updates, identify risks, and communicate project status in executive-level meetings with both internal and client stakeholders.
• Provide both strategic and tactical leadership in delivery planning, quality management, resource coordination, and execution to meet enterprise-wide business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of integration and escalation for client engagements, ensuring team alignment during deployment and implementation efforts.
• Guarantee consistent use, maintenance, and accuracy of project and portfolio management tools and templates to reflect project status.
• Track and report on project performance against objectives, ensuring adherence to established project management standards and best practices.
• Create and sustain repeatable, scalable, and sustainable implementation processes that promote consistent project delivery.
• Contribute to implementation communications and stakeholder updates to facilitate successful MSP and staffing deployments.
• Offer implementation expertise throughout the MSP and staffing solution lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-go-live support as required.
• Advocate for continuous improvement practices that enhance the speed and cost-effectiveness of implementations while minimizing risk and maintaining financial awareness throughout project activities.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely execution and alignment with client goals.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with internal teams and clients, providing clear and actionable project updates.
• Proactively address client and stakeholder needs with a strong emphasis on service and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline project requirements and support delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Quickly adapt to client technologies and changing business needs to achieve successful implementation results.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading or supporting implementation projects in a client-facing role.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Experience with VMS applications such as FieldGlass and PeopleFluent.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
• Opportunity to travel as necessary, up to 10%.
