Project Manager, Construction Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create detailed project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Develop and manage project schedules effectively.

• Collaborate with project teams to eliminate obstacles.

• Supervise all stages of the project, from initial design and permitting through to final walkthrough and handover to clients.

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

• Establish the framework for the project timeline.

• Organize and schedule inspections, deliveries, and site visits.

• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.

• Utilize project management software to maintain schedules and monitor progress.

• Work closely with design, sales, and accounting teams to ensure transparency and adherence to timelines.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients.

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors.

• Clearly articulate project expectations and updates.

• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

• Assess team performance through data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, specifically in remodeling and renovations - Required.

• Demonstrated success in managing remodeling and renovation projects.

• Strong understanding of construction processes.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software (BuilderTrend experience is a plus).

• Capability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Fluent and professional English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
