This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of MAP’s compliance and operational accountability frameworks within medicine access operations and international programs.
• Oversee regular compliance review processes, maintain accountability trackers, monitoring calendars, documentation systems, and follow-up protocols across operational, business, and external compliance functions.
• Organize, collect, and manage compliance documentation, recurring review records, corrective action items, and operational accountability tasks.
• Monitor operational compliance efforts, oversee recurring reviews, corrective actions, and organizational follow-through, escalating unresolved issues, overdue tasks, and ongoing process deficiencies to the Director as necessary.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of written standards, operational procedures, reporting templates, monitoring tools, and accountability processes.
• Contribute to organizational readiness for audits, inspections, certifications, partner evaluations, and external assessments by coordinating documentation, scheduling, and tracking activities.
• Help maintain organizational dashboards, reporting systems, and operational metrics related to compliance, accountability, and recurring review activities.
• Facilitate monitoring and evaluation activities by compiling operational and compliance data, maintaining records, coordinating reporting inputs, and assisting with recurring review processes.
• Compile and organize compliance, monitoring, and operational information into regular internal reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Supervise corrective action plans, findings from recurring reviews, documentation discrepancies, and operational issues to promote organizational accountability and continuous improvement.
• Help track evolving regulatory requirements, operational standards, and compliance responsibilities pertinent to MAP’s medicine access operations and international programs.
• Assist in the implementation of scalable operational systems and recurring review processes that enhance consistency, transparency, and accountability throughout organizational functions.
• Collaborate with Programs, Partnerships, Distribution Center operations, Designated Representatives, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure consistent execution of compliance-related processes and operational standards.
• Coordinate logistics, documentation, follow-up communications, and recurring accountability activities linked to monitoring efforts, partner evaluations, operational assessments, and compliance meetings.
• Support compliance education and training coordination, tracking participation, and fostering organizational awareness initiatives that reinforce MAP’s culture of compliance, accountability, and operational integrity.
• Assist departments in keeping organized documentation, maintaining recurring accountability practices, and ensuring consistent operational follow-through that supports MAP’s distributed compliance model.
• Act as a collaborative operational resource that enhances communication, coordination, transparency, and accountability across organizational processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, healthcare administration, operations management, project management, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations coordination, compliance support, project management, nonprofit administration, healthcare operations, or similar organizational settings.
• Preferred experience in supporting recurring operational processes, reporting systems, documentation management, or accountability tracking functions.
• Strongly preferred experience in coordinating cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, or operational systems.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, global health, logistics, or regulated operational environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle recurring processes, deadlines, documentation systems, and follow-up activities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to work collaboratively across matrixed organizational structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in identifying operational gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Possess strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring consistent follow-through.
• A commitment to accountability, operational integrity, and mission-driven work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tracking/reporting systems.
• Ability to create structured processes, templates, and organizational systems.
• Travel: up to 10%, both international and domestic.
