This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Oversee comprehensive project management of commercial and operational excellence initiatives throughout European markets, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and milestones are consistently achieved.
• Propel the implementation of commercial process enhancements, sales enablement initiatives, and pricing strategies that enhance team productivity and improve customer outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to establish project scope, objectives, and resource plans that align with regional business priorities.
• Evaluate commercial performance data, project KPIs, and process metrics to pinpoint gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement—translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports to ensure stakeholder alignment, transparent decision-making, and consistent communication of progress.
• Advocate for best practices in project governance, change management, and standard work implementation to instill rigor and consistency throughout commercial operations.
• Organize structured stakeholder communications and facilitate regular project reviews—including on-site sessions during travel—to enhance accountability and expedite decision-making.
• Assist in the development and launch of commercial tools, frameworks, and processes that boost team efficiency and enable scalable, repeatable growth throughout Europe.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned documentation to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the Operational Excellence team.
• Experience in project management, commercial operations, or operational excellence in a B2B or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated history of managing multiple simultaneous projects and delivering measurable results on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM or commercial platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a proven capacity to align cross-functional stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership across various markets.
