Project Manager – CNS/Rare Diseases

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee project activities to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.

• Manage project and programme management execution, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and promote effective communication and collaboration.

• Track project advancement, pinpoint risks and challenges, and execute mitigation strategies.

• Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with both project and organizational objectives.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Travel as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion while adhering to scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle competing priorities, project teams, and task prioritization effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Skilled in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

• Dedication to achieving project objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 30% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
