Project Manager, Client Services – Evening Shift 1PM-9PM PST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases.

• Propel tasks through various operational departments.

• Generate work orders for activities related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production.

• Execute quality checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the work output.

• Maintain a solid understanding of eDiscovery and its market competitors.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Lighthouse workflows.

• Communicate expectations regarding scope and deadlines to stakeholders.

• Oversee the pod’s work request queue.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's or JD is a plus).

• Over 4 years of work experience, including at least two years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is required.

• PMP certification is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a dynamic and expanding workload.
