• Oversees projects from initiation to completion, guaranteeing thorough planning and execution, risk management, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and control of scope and costs.
• Addresses issues of moderate complexity where evaluating situations and/or data necessitates considering various factors.

• Ensures meticulous daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities for executing contracted work activities as necessary.
• As the representative of the company and a key partner to clients and collaborators, adeptly leads the execution of both new and ongoing studies.
• Coordinates the creation and rollout of new projects.
• Constructs, monitors, and reports on project timelines.
• Engages with clients and collaborators regarding data management, inventory oversight, shipping procedures, and more for all designated areas.
• Provides timely responses to all events.
• Coordinates the collection of data.
• Prepares and delivers project information during internal and external meetings; drafts reports and correspondence for clients, collaborators, and vendors.
• Meets all revenue targets associated with projects, project expenditures, and client billing. Reviews contract/project budgets monthly and communicates any unexpected variances to the department director.
• Creates, tracks, and reports on relevant metrics for business and project evaluation.
• Identifies out-of-scope project tasks; escalates findings and action plans to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Manages all responsibilities efficiently and punctually, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Reviews, updates, and enhances all documentation related to projects to reach an approvable status.
• Evaluates and mitigates technical, project, and business risks.
• Ensures that work products meet design and performance standards, adhere to the regulatory environment, and fulfill client expectations, while enforcing applicable standards at each stage of project execution.
• Identifies, resolves, and aids in addressing operational issues.
• Monitors assignments and adjusts priorities and work schedules to meet deadlines, delivering high-quality outcomes. Completes additional tasks as necessary to support project, client, and departmental goals.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering).
• Must have experience as a Project Manager in Central Laboratories, whether for a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
• Proficient in computer skills and experienced with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; exceptional emotional intelligence.
• Strong grasp of project management principles and data analysis.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional research and reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrates excellent judgment and discretion.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and fluently communicating in English.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%).
