Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring comprehensive planning and execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder engagement, as well as scope and cost oversight.

• Tackles challenges of moderate complexity, where evaluation of situations and/or data necessitates consideration of various factors.

• Manages uncertainty and adopts a systematic and process-oriented approach to foster growth and continuous enhancement.

• Engages with both internal company stakeholders and external clients/vendors on standard matters.

• Fosters effective working relationships both internally and externally.

• Possesses outstanding listening and communication skills, with a unique talent for making internal colleagues and clients feel recognized and understood.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a life science or a related discipline (e.g., engineering).

• Experience as a Project Manager in Central Laboratories, whether in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech context.

• Excellent listening and communication skills, with a distinctive ability to ensure internal colleagues and clients feel acknowledged.

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities; high emotional intelligence is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of project management and data analysis.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional research and reporting abilities.

• High level of judgment and discretion.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and fluently speaking and comprehending the English language.
