Project Manager – Central Laboratory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring thorough planning and execution, risk management, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and control of scope and costs.

• Addresses moderate complexity issues where the analysis of circumstances and/or data necessitates consideration of multiple factors.

• Effectively manages uncertainty and adopts a systematic and process-oriented approach to facilitate growth and ongoing enhancement.

• Cultivates professional skills by applying company policies and procedures to resolve various challenges.

• Engages with both internal teams and external clients/vendors on standard matters.

• Fosters constructive working relationships both internally and externally.

• Typically receives general guidance on routine tasks and detailed instructions for new projects or assignments.

• Utilizes judgment within established protocols and practices to determine the appropriate course of action.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a life science or a related discipline (e.g., engineering).

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Central Laboratories for a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company.

• Outstanding listening and communication abilities, with a unique talent for ensuring that internal colleagues and clients feel understood.

• Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking capabilities; exceptional emotional intelligence.

• Solid comprehension of project management and data analysis principles.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional research and reporting skills.

• High level of judgment and discretion.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and fluently speaking and understanding the English language.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (approximately 10-25%).

• May require extended work hours to fulfill business requirements.
