Project Manager – Central Laboratory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring meticulous planning and execution, risk management, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and control over scope and costs.

• Engages with challenges of moderate complexity where assessing situations and/or data necessitates a review of various elements.

• Adapts to uncertainty and possesses a mindset focused on systems and process solutions to foster growth and continuous enhancement.

• Cultivates strong internal and external working relationships.

• Generally receives broad guidance on routine tasks, with detailed instructions provided for new projects or assignments.

• Demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills, with a remarkable ability to ensure internal colleagues and clients feel acknowledged and understood.

• Develops and oversees project timelines, budgets, and revenue targets, forecasting resource plans while aligning with contracted project scope(s) and thoroughly investigating new ideas to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Maintains comprehensive daily oversight and coordination of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities to fulfill contracted work as needed.

• As the representative of the company and a key partner to clients and collaborators, proficiently leads the implementation of new and ongoing studies.

• Coordinates the creation and execution of new projects.

• Creates, monitors, and reports on project timelines.

• Communicates with clients and collaborators regarding data management, inventory control, shipping processes, and other assigned areas.

• Responds promptly to all events.

• Coordinates data collection efforts.

• Prepares and presents project information in internal and external meetings; generates reports and correspondence for clients, collaborators, and vendors.

• Achieves all revenue targets assigned to projects, along with project expenditures and client billing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or a related field (e.g., engineering).

• Must possess experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.

• Proficient computer skills with experience in MS Office/MS 365 applications.

• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities; exceptional emotional intelligence.

• Strong comprehension of project management and data analysis.

• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional research and reporting aptitude.

• Exceptional judgment and discretion in decision-making.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language fluently.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%).
