• Oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous planning, execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder engagement, as well as scope and budget control.
• Addresses challenges of moderate complexity, where the analysis of situations and/or data necessitates consideration of various factors.
• Adapts to uncertainty and possesses a mindset focused on systems and processes to foster growth and ongoing improvement.
• Engages with both internal teams and external clients/vendors on routine matters.
• Develops constructive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Formulates and oversees project timelines, budgets, revenue objectives, forecasting, and resource plans.
• Ensures meticulous daily coordination and oversight of scheduled activities, assigning responsibilities for the execution of contracted work.
• Acts as the company’s representative and a key partner to clients and collaborators, effectively leading the implementation of new and ongoing studies.
• Facilitates the creation and execution of new projects.
• Prepares and delivers project information in both internal and external meetings; composes reports and correspondence for clients, collaborators, and vendors.
• Executes all tasks efficiently and promptly, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Reviews, updates, and refines all documentation related to projects to ensure approvable status.
• Identifies and mitigates technical, project, and business risks.
• Ensures that deliverables comply with design and performance standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or a related discipline (e.g., engineering).
• Must possess experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories, either within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech organization.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities; possesses exceptional emotional intelligence.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and data analysis.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional research and reporting skills.
• Excellent judgment and discretion.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%).
