This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee critical operational projects from inception to completion.
β’ Manage intricate, cross-departmental initiatives, including new program rollouts, backend operational enhancements, and AI-based quality improvements.
β’ Identify and address operational challenges by implementing new capabilities and tools.
β’ Act swiftly as a versatile problem-solver for urgent, impactful opportunities across the organization.
β’ Work collaboratively with stakeholders to align objectives, evaluate outcomes, and refine programs.
β’ Develop scalable systems that facilitate growth and enhance the performance of both clinical and non-clinical teams.
β’ Report directly to the SVP of Central Operations.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or healthcare delivery.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in a rapidly growing healthcare organization, ideally supporting Medicaid or Medicare patients within a value-based care framework.
β’ Preferably, experience with Medicare risk adjustment and/or revenue cycle management.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead significant, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
β’ Strong project management abilities, including task prioritization, work structuring, and driving execution across teams.
β’ An analytical mindset complemented by systems-building instincts and a proven track record of successful execution.
β’ A keen interest in working within a fast-paced, complex early-stage startup culture with minimal decision-making barriers.
β’ A genuine passion for supporting individuals facing complex chronic challenges such as homelessness, severe mental health issues, and substance use disorders.
β’ Must meet employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify.
