Project Manager – Central & Care Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical operational projects from inception to completion.

• Manage intricate, cross-departmental initiatives, including new program rollouts, backend operational enhancements, and AI-based quality improvements.

• Identify and address operational challenges by implementing new capabilities and tools.

• Act swiftly as a versatile problem-solver for urgent, impactful opportunities across the organization.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to align objectives, evaluate outcomes, and refine programs.

• Develop scalable systems that facilitate growth and enhance the performance of both clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Report directly to the SVP of Central Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or healthcare delivery.

• At least 2 years of experience in a rapidly growing healthcare organization, ideally supporting Medicaid or Medicare patients within a value-based care framework.

• Preferably, experience with Medicare risk adjustment and/or revenue cycle management.

• Demonstrated capability to lead significant, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

• Strong project management abilities, including task prioritization, work structuring, and driving execution across teams.

• An analytical mindset complemented by systems-building instincts and a proven track record of successful execution.

• A keen interest in working within a fast-paced, complex early-stage startup culture with minimal decision-making barriers.

• A genuine passion for supporting individuals facing complex chronic challenges such as homelessness, severe mental health issues, and substance use disorders.

• Must meet employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify.
