This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Overseeing projects that typically entail the development and execution of business processes and information systems within client modules.
• Addressing the specified business needs of clients.
• Directing, managing, and leading projects to accomplish the objectives, purpose, and results within established timelines and standards.
• Offering business knowledge and guidance to team members to achieve project objectives, ensuring that client expectations are met efficiently and effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and techniques (e.g., PRINCE 2, AGILE, and PMI).
• A certified project manager with extensive knowledge of software development.
• Experience in the payment industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• A proactive approach with a bias for action and the ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective team management skills.
• Capability to perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
