Project Manager – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the profitability and success of contracts: You will lead Fixed Price projects by setting rigorous baselines for scope, schedule, and cost to safeguard the project's gross margin and guarantee high-quality deliveries.

• Propel the AI First era: You will apply advanced estimation methods enhanced by AI agents, which will speed up delivery times and optimize resource allocation.

• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM): You will track project health using key indicators (CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC), forecasts, and stringent cash flow management.

• Safeguard scope and reduce risks: You will enforce formal change control processes (Change Requests) and risk matrices to avert scope creep and protect business commitments.

• Coordinate high-performing teams: You will manage multidisciplinary teams within agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid methodologies, ensuring alignment with client dependencies and service level agreements (SLAs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of leading projects and processes in Information Technology (IT) environments.

• Expertise in the Fixed Price model: Extensive experience in securing scope, managing margins, contingencies, and change control processes.

• Language skills: Proficient in English (Bilingual) to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Predictive and Agile frameworks: Comprehensive understanding of the PMBOK (7th edition), agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks), and the capability to implement hybrid approaches.

• Estimation and control methodologies: Skilled in financial metrics (EVM), estimation techniques (PERT, Bottom-up, Story Points), and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Monday.

• AI First perspective: Passion for and practical knowledge of how AI enhances software delivery and boosts team productivity.

• Preferred: PMP® (PMI) certification. Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe, LeSS). Prior experience on projects with stabilization clauses, warranties, and development frameworks such as DORA or SPACE.
