This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the daily development of projects from start to finish.
• Record the scope of each project.
• Arrange projects in a logical, cost-effective, and quantifiable manner.
• Monitor and report on project progress consistently and accurately.
• Facilitate cross-functional activities.
• Align company standards and policies with the requirements of the project.
• Suggest solutions, implementation strategies, and deployment methods throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document and report project information as necessary, using the appropriate systems.
• May offer training after project deployment.
• Associate’s Degree
• Two years of relevant work experience
• Customer Service - Familiarity with principles and processes for delivering customer service
• Computers - Understanding of computer hardware and software
• Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in creating technical plans
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French
• Mathematical Skills: Capable of calculating rates, ratios, and percentages
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities
