Project Manager – B2B Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the B2B team’s delivery, including sprint planning, grooming sessions, retrospectives, daily routines, scope management, and carry-over control.

• Manage the release train: monitor statuses, fix versions, review and merge SLAs, and compile release notes. You pursue dependencies (design, QA, and other teams) in written form and ensure closure each time.

• Handle inbound flow: intake and prioritize feature requests, operational tasks, and data inquiries. You provide clear responses to requesters and transform valid requests into well-structured tickets.

• Conduct small discovery: refine raw requests by defining their value, scope, and acceptance criteria.

• Develop your own control system using advanced Jira features (JQL, dashboards, automation rules) along with AI-driven automations that you create.

• Ensure decisions are implemented: log, ticket, and track retro action items until completion.

• Facilitate external communication: articulate technical capabilities and limitations to organizers, partners, and occasionally government entities in layman's terms; assist with RFP responses, their logistics, and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years managing delivery in web or product companies, particularly with distributed teams.

• Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall).

• Strong technical knowledge: familiarity with web and mobile technologies, development cycles, API comprehension, developer communication abilities, and analytical thinking.

• Understanding of discovery fundamentals: user-centric thinking, scoping, and acceptance criteria.

• Outstanding organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficient in using AI as a daily tool. You engage with LLM tools regularly, have developed functioning automations, and understand where AI is effective and where it falls short.

• Fluency in English and Russian: the team communicates in Russian, while the company, partners, and documentation are primarily in English. Strong written proficiency is required in both languages.
