Project Manager, Audience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Success is evaluated based on the output of the pod, its performance, and the reliability of the established cadence.

• A consistent publishing rhythm is essential. A coordinated effort from a 3–4 member content team that operates on daily and weekly schedules, with assignments and deadlines monitored thoroughly.

• Content is published across various platforms. This includes distribution on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook, ensuring the right formats are used, timed appropriately, with captions and metadata that suit each platform.

• A dynamic content calendar is maintained. A 2–4 week forward-looking calendar that is consistently updated, allowing for the integration of rapid-response opportunities without disrupting the core plan.

• Audience intelligence briefs are provided regularly. This involves delivering data-informed guidance to the creative team on upcoming content—driven by performance trends, hook patterns, and audience growth indicators rather than intuition.

• Quality assurance on every asset before shipping. Final checks on captions, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, and accessibility are completed prior to publication.

• Weekly performance reports are generated. A written summary is prepared for leadership every week, translating metrics into narratives that explain what succeeded, what fell short, and the resulting adjustments.

• Leadership for Strike Team field operations. On-the-ground deployments to specific states as required, overseeing comprehensive content production and delivering a defined package of completed assets for each deployment.

• You have 3–10 years of experience in content operations, social media, or audience development.

• You excel as a systems operator. You've created scalable workflows — utilizing tools like Notion, Slack, and review pipelines — and understand effective practices.

• You are platform-native. You not only manage social media accounts but also possess a deep understanding of their functionalities.

• You make data-driven decisions. Your previous work illustrates choices made based on performance analytics.

• You collaborate effectively with creative teams. You have experience coordinating with creative professionals, crafting clear briefs, and providing constructive feedback that is implemented.

• You can manage rapid-response situations. When breaking news occurs at 4 PM, your portfolio reflects your ability to reprioritize a week's calendar and ensure content goes live by the next morning.

• You are passionate about the mission. You seek to apply your operational expertise to endeavors that extend beyond mere engagement statistics.
