Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for project partners throughout all stages: scoping, implementation, delivery, and ongoing collaboration

• Strategically plan and manage projects from start to finish utilizing Agile methodologies and, when necessary, traditional approaches

• Coordinate teams across various functions and lead project meetings along with status updates

• Prioritize and effectively communicate stakeholder needs to Product and Engineering teams

• Ensure the maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation with a consistent level of quality

• Identify and handle risks, dependencies, and changes in scope

• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to monitor progress and provide status reports

• Demonstrated experience in managing software or IT projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams

• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
