Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the effective execution of projects aimed at enhancing customer adoption of Google Cloud services, including Google Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Anthos, and our AI/Machine Learning solutions.

• Consistently engage with various stakeholder groups, such as executives from large enterprises and a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team within Google to collect requirements, define project scopes, plan, and deliver service offerings that expedite the cloud adoption process.

• Leverage relationship management, leadership capabilities, and technical expertise to guide teams, proactively address risks, resolve challenges, and advance projects while effectively communicating at all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles, working directly with executive stakeholders, and leading/managing/delivering IT technical implementations, transformation initiatives, or similar projects.

• Background in supporting enterprise clients within Cloud Professional Services organizations, relevant IT consulting, or program management sectors.

• Proven track record of mentoring or instructing others in process, organization, change management, and/or learning enhancement methodologies.

• Capability to develop and implement measurement systems to monitor adoption, usage, and proficiency of individual changes; identify resistance and performance deficiencies, and devise corrective actions.

• Collaborate with project teams to incorporate change management strategies into comprehensive project plans; be an adaptable self-starter adept at establishing order in uncertain environments.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities; maintain a disciplined approach to project management for delivering large-scale enterprise projects.

• Comfortably engage in video meetings, both internally and with clients.
