This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, document, sustain, and advocate for Netcracker best practices, standard operating procedures, and process standards.
• Act as a key support resource for Netcracker users, offering daily guidance and resolving issues.
• Design and provide training materials, user manuals, and training sessions for both new and existing users.
• Aid in the creation, upkeep, and management of Power BI Network Data Quality and Integrity reports.
• Automate the detection of inventory discrepancies within Netcracker, enabling users to review, validate, and rectify records.
• Serve as a custodian of data governance and adherence to processes within the Netcracker platform.
• Propel enhancements in the quality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy of network inventory records.
• Offer continuous support for users transitioning from legacy systems and existing Netcracker user communities.
• Leverage knowledge of telecommunications networks to interpret and maintain inventory records, circuit relationships, and network infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with the Network Systems and Automation team to establish scalable, efficient, and sustainable inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network inventory and a wide array of circuit technologies, including wavelength, transport, backbone, Ethernet, MPLS, optical, dark fiber, VLANs, IP Addresses, and Subinterfaces.
• Capability to comprehend circuit relationships and inventory structures.
• Background in supporting OSS, inventory management, or telecommunications systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in developing and delivering end-user training.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience with Netcracker, Network Manager Telecom (NMT), CRM, and other telecommunications operational support systems.
• Preferred: Solid technical understanding of telecommunications network infrastructure, inventory management, and principles of network records.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting system migrations, integrations, and inventory transformation projects.
• Preferred: Familiarity with process documentation, data governance, inventory quality management, and operational support functions.
