This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

• Accountable for the comprehensive coordination and management of clinical trials from initiation through to closeout activities.

• Oversees the technical, financial, and operational dimensions of the projects to ensure the successful completion of clinical trials.

• Collaborates with key functional area leaders to identify and assess critical issues related to the project.

• Analyzes data on complex matters, makes informed business decisions, and guarantees the implementation of effective solutions.

• Ensures that all project outcomes align with the client's expectations regarding time, quality, and cost.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry, including prior experience in a Clinical Project Management position within a CRO environment.

• A degree from a University or College in Life Sciences is preferred.

• Capability to manage projects across multiple office locations.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
