Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex IT projects with a focus on the financial sector, including financing, factoring, and leasing.

• Coordinate internal and external teams, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

• Plan and monitor timelines, costs, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Support the IT function in the governance of initiatives aimed at evolving corporate applications.

• Ensure the adoption of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) tailored to the project context.

• Prepare project documentation and assist in the analysis, design, and implementation phases.

• Engage with system integrators, partners, and development teams to achieve project goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects within consulting firms or structured corporate environments.

• Familiarity with projects in the Finance sector, specifically financing, factoring, and leasing (preferred).

• Ability to manage projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, costs, and quality.

• Knowledge of key project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, ITIL – certifications are a plus).

• Understanding of IT architectural models: on-premise, cloud, SaaS, PaaS.

• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders, IT professionals, and system integrators.

• Excellent organizational skills, strategic vision, and results orientation.

• Proficiency in English.
