This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, guaranteeing timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.

• Create comprehensive project plans, establish milestones, and effectively allocate resources.

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, comprehending their requirements, providing consistent updates, and managing expectations.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including implementation and integration specialists, business analysts, developers, and support personnel, to achieve project objectives.

• Evaluate project performance utilizing relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.

• Report to and escalate issues to management when necessary.

• Recognize, evaluate, and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of potential challenges.

• Compile and deliver regular project reports, including status updates, progress reports, risk evaluations, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within the Information Technology field.

• Proven ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Capacity to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
