This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee daily support and development of business systems: Jira, Confluence, CRM (Creatio), and 1C ERP.
• Manage enhancements, updates, and system integrations in alignment with business needs.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and user support, adhering to agreed service levels.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of Atlassian developers, QA engineers, CRM/ERP developers, and project managers.
• Plan team workload and capacity, set clear objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee projects related to the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of business systems.
• Act as a project manager or key stakeholder in strategic IT support initiatives for the business.
• Conduct business analysis, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes, changes, and configurations of business systems.
• Ensure the relevance and accessibility of the knowledge base and support manuals for all users.
• Plan and manage the annual budget for IT business support operations.
• Conduct regular budget reviews and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor actual expenses against the budget, providing variance analysis and forecasts.
• Track and report on system performance, support ticket metrics, and user feedback.
• Continuously improve support processes based on user input and operational data.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels among internal users and business stakeholders.
• Guarantee that business systems comply with security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and data protection teams as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business system stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactively communicate regarding system status, upcoming changes, and ongoing initiatives.
• 2+ years of commercial experience in managing IT/business systems, team leadership, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and CRM/ERP platforms (primarily Creatio and 1C).
• Experience in budget planning, reporting, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in business analysis or process improvement is a plus.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
