Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee 2–4 simultaneous implementations for Veryon’s Tracking, Tracking+, and Diagnostics solutions.

• Guide project lifecycles from initiation to conclusion, ensuring that deliverables align with scope, timeline, and quality benchmarks.

• Provide regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for customer stakeholders.

• Facilitate kickoff and status meetings.

• Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations effectively.

• Maintain ownership of project documentation, which includes plans, requirements, scope adjustments, and meeting minutes.

• Keep project management tools and systems updated for contract reviews and project scoping.

• Identify and escalate risks and potential challenges to senior leadership.

• Adhere to company best practices and engage in project and QA evaluations.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Coordinate internal resources with Business Consultants and technical teams.

• Foster team development through knowledge sharing and onboarding processes.

• Take part in strategic planning sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a professional services or technology implementation setting.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing or customer success positions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong grasp of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various stakeholder levels.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed.

• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.

• Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project activities, up to 15%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

• PMP or CAPM certification, or a plan to pursue project management certifications.

• Background in software implementation or technology consulting is preferred.

• Experience with enterprise software solutions or SaaS implementations is preferred.
