Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scope, budget, and timeline of e-commerce software development projects;

• Handle client communications for various large-scale development initiatives;

• Manage project documentation and maintain the associated knowledge base;

• Delegate work tasks, oversee workload, and effectively allocate efforts among project team members;

• Inspire project team members, promote and support productive work performance, and encourage team collaboration;

• Anticipate clients' needs, explore, and suggest alternative technical solutions through both internal and external consulting and technical research;

• Consistently provide high-quality customer service;

• Expand and enhance personal expertise in the e-commerce professional services sector, while staying informed about global trends in online retail and professional software delivery;

• Conduct performance evaluations for project team members, offer feedback on employee performance to department heads, and contribute to employee career development planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Project Management within a software development setting;

• Experience managing remote or international project teams;

• Background in people management;

• Extensive experience working with end customers;

• Demonstrated practical experience in team leadership;

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies;

• Ability to gather and document project requirements and specifications;

• Experience in translating technical language into business language;

• Capable of allocating work within and among project teams based on task complexity and nature;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, along with outstanding organizational and work structuring abilities;

• Exceptional customer service skills;

• Must exhibit a disciplined and hardworking character, be open to constructive criticism, and be able to motivate project teams, build consensus, and adhere to work policies and procedures;

• Proficient in spoken and written English;

• Must be skilled in using MS Office tools, MS Project, or other project management systems;
