Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the tactical implementation and operational management of intricate cross-functional projects within Global Operations.

• Convert strategic vision into operational success in the role of Delivery Manager.

• Act as a liaison between business objectives and technical execution.

• Ensure that projects are predictable, transparent, and yield significant impact.

• Function as the main advocate for achieving operational excellence and facilitating smooth product launches.

• Interpret abstract business needs into actionable and prioritized requirements through comprehensive end-to-end discovery.

• Foster strong partnerships within the Global Operations ecosystem.

• Propel project progress by ensuring accountability for schedules and deadlines.

• Recognize and alleviate risks by identifying complex dependencies.

• Produce concise weekly status updates that are high in signal and low in noise, while maintaining thorough project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management in a dynamic technology or operations setting.

• Established ability to convey complex technical constraints into business tradeoffs and to communicate effectively with Engineering and Product teams.

• Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle, including business requirements gathering (BRD), UAT coordination, and launch facilitation.

• Extensive experience using project management and tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, or Asana) to uphold high-quality documentation.

• Prior experience collaborating closely with Global Operations functions such as Global Customer Services, Global Customer Support Operations, or Onboarding & Compliance.

• PMP or another program management certification is preferred.
