This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee all facets of commercial real estate project management, encompassing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Supervise individual, multi-disciplinary construction projects and larger programs with consistent scopes across various locations.
• Hold direct responsibility for project delivery under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
• Manage the project budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk factors.
• Engage directly with clients to outline the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates and budgets, quality control, and risk assessment.
• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.
• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.
• Ensure the integrity of project data and produce accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report on status and variances.
• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Execute plans to minimize or eliminate project-related risks.
• Demonstrate behaviors that align with CBRE RISE values.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, accompanied by 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Basic understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Capability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience in financial forecasting and reporting is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Ability to apply judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources.
• Openness to re-evaluating existing solutions from a fresh perspective.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
