Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of commercial real estate project management, encompassing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

• Supervise individual, multi-disciplinary construction projects and extensive programs with repeatable scopes across various locations.

• Administer project budget, timeline, procurement, quality, and risk management.

• Engage directly with clients to formulate scope of work, resource needs, cost estimations and budgets, quality control measures, and risk identification.

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or via the project qualification process.

• Execute requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and suggest resources to clients.

• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with both company and client standards.

• Ensure the integrity of project data along with accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budget constraints, and schedules.

• Monitor project advancement and report on status and discrepancies.

• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute plans aimed at minimizing or eliminating project risks.

• Demonstrate behaviors that align with CBRE RISE values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship at present or in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, accompanied by 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• In absence of a degree, a mix of experience and education will be taken into account.

• General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction methodologies.

• Capability to interpret architectural drawings.

• Experience in financial forecasting and reporting is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Openness to reconsider existing solutions with a fresh perspective.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
