Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the achievement of objectives within the specified time and budget constraints.

• Inspire and lead the entire project team.

• Generate all necessary documentation in accordance with departmental protocols; this may involve participation in external audits.

• Deliver regular updates on project status.

• Recognize and suggest operational enhancement opportunities that align with the key outputs of the project.

• Develop, monitor, and sustain the project plan throughout its lifecycle.

• Track resource availability and utilization effectively.

• Set up all essential communication channels and processes within the project, as well as between the project and other stakeholders in the business, including customers and third parties.

• Identify and manage business and project risks through a risk log, including the creation of contingency plans with designated risk owners.

• Formally address issues until resolution and use the escalation process when necessary.

• Ensure the proper application of the change control process.

• Accountable for managing both internal and external dependencies that could impact the project.

• Collaborate closely with project sponsors to ensure the overall direction and integrity of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the technology (Telecommunications) sectors.

• Strong technical background in the IT industry, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Network/communications, Processing, card payments, EFT, or application development.

• Formal training in Project Methodology, such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

• Degree or HNC in a related technical field (IT, Telecommunications).
