Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coordination among internal resources and external vendors/partners.

• Develop and deliver project agendas, status reports, and other documentation to clients and Illumia project teams.

• Monitor and assess project performance, expenditures, and procurement, while reporting any potential or existing obstacles, risks, overruns, and shortages.

• Maintain and present the project pipeline along with monthly forecasts.

• Evaluate and track project performance and schedules, providing management updates on changes to project scope and timelines, while suggesting improvements as necessary.

• Report and escalate issues to management as required.

• Conclude projects and hand over deliverables to operational teams.

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of the PMO by participating in team meetings and offering feedback and suggestions on processes and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing projects within a software environment for at least three years, ideally in Healthcare or Higher Education.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in collaborating with large and diverse virtual teams.

• Proven ability to perform under pressure.

• Experience with task scheduling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a business context.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with project management software like MS Project and Professional Services Tools such as Kantata.

• Competent user of MS Office suite.

• Project Management Certification is a plus.
